CCHD reports two new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Christian Co.

Christian County gained an additional two cases of COVID-19 from Wednesday to Thursday, according to the Christian County Health Department.

Those two cases put the total number at 105 in Christian County, and of those cases, 13 are considered ‘active’ and 89 individuals have recovered from the virus. There are now three cases in the pediatric age group, nine in the young adult to middle aged grouping, only one case in the older adult category and zero in the elderly age group. Christian County has seen three COVID-19 related deaths.

The health department urges people to keep up those social distancing practice, along with thorough and frequent hand washing, and that if anyone wants to get tested, they can at the Tie Breaker Park testing site.
