The Clarksville Police Department has charged at 17-year old juvenile with criminal homicide in relation to a domestic incident that occurred on Ellsworth Drive Monday.
According to a news release, the 17-year old is in custody and charged with criminal homicide in the death of Mary Carney and attempted homicide in the injuring of another victim, whom survived the attack. The identity of the suspect has not been released and the investigation continues.
As previously reported, officers reported to a residence in the 2000 block of Ellsworth early Monday morning and found the victim deceased.
