One person was injured and one was arrested following a rear-end collision Saturday afternoon in Calloway County.
It happened just after 4:30 p.m. in the 5400 block of State Route 121 near Stella. The Calloway County Sheriff’s Department says 29-year old Jonathan Cansler of Murray was slowing to turn into a driveway when his truck pulling a trailer was rear-ended by a car operated by 39-year old Jeremy Darnell of Murray.
Police say Darnell admitted to drinking while driving and he was arrested for his second DUI after being checked out by EMS at the scene.
Cansler was treated for minor injuries at Murray-Calloway County Hospital and released.
