An inmate in Caldwell County has been charged with assaulting a corrections employee.
Princeton police responded to the Caldwell County Jail Saturday morning and investigation determined 50-year old Veronica Martinez had assaulted a deputy jailer, causing minor injuries.
Martinez was charged with third-degree assault of a corrections employee.
