Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident Friday afternoon at McLean Avenue and Lindwood Drive.
Hopkinsville police investigated and determined 24-year old Tyler Cummings of Hopkinsville was eastbound on McLean and tried to turn left onto Lindwood. He drove into the path of a westbound car operated by 27-year old Paul Hale of Bardwell.
The vehicles collided and Cummings and his passenger—24-year old Chelsea Wadley of Hopkinsville—were taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.
Hale was not hurt in the crash.
