Hopkinsville Mayor Wendell Lynch appeared on WHOP Friday morning and outlined plans to reopen city government.
He says some employees will return to their work stations May 18 and the Municipal Center will reopen by appointment only June 1.
Mayor Lynch says City Hall will fully reopen to the public July 1, but things will look and operate differently.
The mayor says the city’s drive thru window at the municipal center has remained open.
