According to a news release from Christian County Public Schools, next Thursday May 14th starting at 8:00 PM, Christian County, Hopkinsville and University Heights Academy will turn on their baseball and softball field lights for 20 minutes and 20 seconds to honor the spring athletes for baseball and softball who were unable to compete in their Senior seasons. Parents and players are encouraged to drive by each school and show support for these athletes. Music, honking horns, banners, etc are appreciated to show support. Please know that all those who attend are not allowed to leave their vehicle during this celebration.
