A Hopkinsville man was arrested in Todd County Tuesday on drug charges following a traffic stop by Kentucky State Police.
According to a news release, troopers allegedly observed a vehicle break multiple traffic laws and initiated a traffic stop. Investigation reportedly determined that the driver of the vehicle, 30-year old Nathaniel Jacob Joiner of Hopkinsville, was in possession of several drugs.
He was arrested and charged with following another vehicle too closely, disregarding a stop sign, trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and other traffic violations.
Joiner was lodged in the Todd County Jail.
