There were no new confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported in the Christian County Health Department Thursday, which leaves the total number at 94.
Of those 94 confirmed cases, only 21 are considered ‘active’ and 70 people have recovered from the virus. There are currently two active cases in the pediatric age group, nine in the young adult to middle age grouping, 10 in the older adult category and none in the elderly age group.
Christian County has had three COVID-19 related deaths. The health department urges people to make sure they’re still washing their hands with soap and water often and thoroughly, and keep up social distancing guidelines.
