The Tennessee Titans have hired Monti Ossenfort to be their director of player personnel, according to SI.com. Ossenfort has been with the New England Patriots for 15 seasons, the last six as college scouting director. He was a candidate last year for the Houston Texans’ general manager opening, but the Pats blocked the move.
