Christian County has gained two additional confirmed cases of COVID-19 from Saturday to the Monday afternoon update.
That’s according to the Christian County Health Department, which states that Christian County now sits at 93 confirmed cases. Of those cases 27 are considered ‘active’ and 63 individuals have recovered from the virus. With the active cases broken down into age groups there are two cases in the pediatric age range, 15 in the young adult to middle aged adult group, ten in the older adult category and none in the elderly age group.
Christian County has seen three COVID-19 related deaths. The health department urges people to maintain social distancing guidelines and continue frequent and good hand washing practices.
