UK fans vote to have former coaches play games in Rupp Arena

Earlier this week, we reported new Tarleton State and former UK basketball coach Billy Gillispie was open to the idea of coming back to play at Rupp Arena in a round robin event that would feature Iona-coached by Rick Pitino and High Point-coached by Tubby Smith and the Wildcats. An online poll conducted by Oscar Combs on Twitter found that 69 percent were in favor of this. UK coach John Calipari has suggested he would like to play Iona.
