The NFL will be furloughing some staff and reducing salaries in a memo obtained by the Wall Street Journal and other media outlets. Commissioner Roger Goodell is giving up his entire salary during the coronavirus pandemic. According to the memo, employees-making at least 100-thousand dollars annually will have their salaries cut. Employees unable to perform most of their duties from home and/or whose workload has been significantly reduced will be furloughed effective May 8th.
