Christian Co. at 89 confirmed cases of COVID-19, over half have recovered

Christian County gained one additional confirmed case of COVID-19 from Tuesday to Wednesday, according to an update from the Christian County Health Department.

That means Christian County is now at 89 confirmed cases of COVID-19—of those cases, 28 are considered ‘active’ and 58 people have recovered from the virus.  Of the active cases, one is in the pediatric age group, 18 are in the 22 to 59 years old age group, nine are in the older adult category and there are currently none in the elderly age group.

The Christian County Health Department continues to offer free testing to anyone who wants to be tested at Tie Breaker Park, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. and on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. until 11 a.m.
