The Bowling Green Daily News reports former WKU basketball star Chris Marcus died last Thursday of a pulmonary embolism hours after having trouble breathing. The 40-year-old died in his hometown of Charlotte, NC. The family says they will have a private memorial for him soon, with a public service to be held in December, his birth month.
