Scully hospitalized following fall at home this week

Vin Scully has been hospitalized after falling at his Los Angeles-area home, but the 92-year-old retired Hall of Fame broadcaster is expected to be released soon. The Los Angeles Dodgers said Scully fell Tuesday and was hospitalized for observation. Scully, who retired after the 2016 season after calling Dodgers games for 67 years, said “I won’t be doing anymore head-first sliding. I never liked it.”
