U Conn president says fall sports could be cancelled

University of Connecticut president Tom Katsoulesas said to a journalism class at the school Tuesday he thinks fall sports will be cancelled if the current coronavirus conditions exist. He said cancellations would be made in consultation with the NCAA, the American Athletic Conference, state government and related authorities. The comments were released in a Tweet by the school’s UCTV.
