Louisville Slugger has gone silent. The Courier Journal reports the iconic bat maker has closed its factory in Louisville and furloughed its workers due to the coronavirus. 171 people have been furloughed and the Louisville Slugger museum is now closed. Those employees not furloughed are taking a 25 percent pay cut.
