Living Hope Baptist Church, Impact Ministries and the Christian County Baptist Association will team up again Saturday morning for a free food distribution event.
It will go from 8:30 a.m. until noon at Living Hope Baptist Church at 6305 Eagle Way Bypass and Slone Cansler of the church says they’ll be handing out pre-made bags containing different types of food and household items.
There is no screening or requirements to receive the items and Cansler says there will be a system set up to move vehicles through the distribution line without anyone getting out of their car.
Cansler is asking people to be patient in the line and notes the event could end early if they run out of supplies. Anyone wanting to donate items to the food distribution can message the Living Hope Baptist Church Facebook page or call Cansler at 270-889-8001.
