Murray State University coach Matt McMahon announced the signing today of junior college transfer Justice Hill. The six foot guard from Little Rock, ARK comes to the Racers from Salt Lake Community College. He will have three years of eligibility remaining, He was an NJCAA first team All-American and averaged 14 points per game this past season.
