The mother of Minnesota Timberwolves All-Star center Karl-Anthony Towns has died from complications related to the coronavirus. The former Kentucky Wildcat posted on Instagram March 25th that his mother was in a medically induced coma. 59-year-old Jackie Towns worked in the medical department at Rutgers for decades.
