With colder air on the way, a freeze warning has been issued for all of western Kentucky from 8 p.m. Tuesday through 8 a.m. Wednesday.
The National Weather Service in Paducah says temperatures will fall into the lower 30’s, likely below freezing, causing frost and freeze conditions that could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation that’s left uncovered.
Unprotected outdoor plumbing could also be damaged in the cold snap.
