The nation’s top junior college prospect, Jay Scrubb, signed with an agent today and will head to the NBA. Scrubb, who played his first two seasons with John A. Logan College, had committed to play collegiately at the University of Louisville. The Louisville native and Trinity High School graduate averaged nearly 22 points per game this past season.
