MLB owners approve agreement amid health concerns

Multiple reports indicate MLB owners have approved a plan to address salary and service time issues amid the indefinitely delay to the start of the 2020 season. According to ESPN, as part of the agreement the season will not start until there are no bans that would limit players to play in front of fans, no travel restrictions between the US and Canada and medical experts determine there would be no health risks for players, staff or fans with the players union and the commissioner still able to revisit the idea of playing in empty stadiums.
