Although the NBA season isn’t over, ESPN put out a poll to determine the unofficial Rookie of the Year. The Memphis Grizzlies Ja Morant was the unanimous winner among 70 voters. ESPN polled beat writers from around the league and used the same point system as the NBA.
Morant is averaging 17.6 points and 6.9 assists per game, which is second and first among rookies.
