Former Ole Miss coach Andy Kennedy was officially introduced Monday as the next UAB head basketball coach. Kennedy will be the seventh head coach in program history. His time with the Blazers as a player is highlighted by two All Sun Belt Conference selections, a conference scoring title in 1991 and the record for second-most points in UAB hoops history.
