A wreck on East Ninth Street sent six people to Jennie Stuart Medical Center Monday afternoon.
According to the Hopkinsville police report, a vehicle driven by 25-year old Michaela Flood of Cadiz was traveling westbound on East Ninth Street while a vehicle operated by 37-year old Angela Goodman of Hopkinsville was going south on South Main Street.
The vehicles collided in the intersection, with Goodman’s vehicle striking the rear, right side of Flood’s vehicle. Goodman told officers she thought she had had a green light. Goodman was transported to Jennie Stuart for complaints of multiple pains.
Several passengers in Flood’s vehicle, including 24-year old Timeka Poindexter, 21-year old Martaveious Malone and three juveniles were sent to the hospital for various injuries.
