Hopkins County doesn’t have any confirmed cases of COVID-19 and any Hopkins County resident needing to be tested is advised to go to Baptist Health Urgent Care.
Madisonville Mayor Kevin Cotton says Baptist Urgent Care is screening patients and then doing a COVID-19 test when it’s deemed necessary.
He says patients are discouraged from going to the Baptist Health emergency room with potential coronavirus symptoms.
