Four arrested following execution of search warrant in Todd Co.

 

 

 

 

 

Kentucky State Police have arrested and charged four people following execution of a search warrant in Todd County Wednesday night.

According to a news release, a search warrant was executed at a residence on Sharon Grove Road in the Claymour community, due to reports of illegal drug activity. While executing the search warrant, over a pound of suspected methamphetamine was reportedly discovered, as well as suspected marijuana, multiple prescription pills and drug paraphernalia.

Four people who were in the home at the time of the search—58-year-old David Stokes, 49-year-old Gerald Harper, 57-year-old Randell McIntyre, and 23-year-old Michaela Stanton—were arrested.

Stokes, Harper and McIntyre are charged with trafficking in meth, trafficking in marijuana, trafficking in a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  Stokes is additional charged with possession of both a handgun and a firearm by a convicted felon.

Stanton was arrested on an unrelated warrant for parole violation.

The Todd County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the investigation.
