An Auburn woman was taken to a Bowling Green hospital following a single-vehicle accident Monday afternoon on Morgantown Road.
The Logan County Sheriff’s Department investigated and determined 22-year old Samantha Sturgill of Auburn had been southbound when she went off the left side of the road.
Her car traveled up an embankment and overturned before coming to rest against small trees in a wood line.
Sturgill had to be extricated and was taken by EMS to Tristar Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green.
