Major League Baseball announced today the start of the 2020 season has been pushed back to mid May. MLB Network reports there’s a growing sentiment that if the season begins anytime before June would be welcome. However, owners remain hopeful the league will somehow be able to play a full 162 game schedule according to a report from the St. Louis Post Dispatch.
