Kentucky State Police have arrested a Cadiz man for the second time in a month for alleged sexual abuse.
KSP arrested 55-year old Gideon Fisher February 26 for sexual abuse of a victim under the age of 12 after speaking with witnesses and alleged victims.
A news release says additional investigation led to Fisher being arrested again Saturday morning on a warrant for first-degree sexual abuse of a victim under the age of 12, first-degree sexual abuse and intimidating a participant in a legal process.
