NCAA president Mark Emmett just issued a statement saying fans will not be allowed to attend men’s nor women’s NCAA tournament games due to concerns over Coronavirus. Emmett says only essential staff, players, coaches and limited family members will be allowed to attend games. The NCAA basketball tournaments begin next week.
