Western Kentucky doubled up Austin Peay 10-5 Tuesday in Bowling Green. WKU improved to 6-2 and open a series as USC Upstate on Friday. The Governors fell to 3-5 and open a weekend series Friday at Jacksonville.
Murray State saw its four game win streak end Tuesday at Southern Illinois, falling to the Salukis 2-1. Former Christian County standout Bryan Chilton went 2-3 in the game. The Racers are now 4-5 and host Bowling Green for a weekend series beginning Friday.
