Hopkinsville police have served a pair of arrest warrants against a man accused of using fake money at a local business.
They allege 48-year old Raul Nieves of Hopkinsville used a counterfeit $20 bill to buy gasoline on February 3 and another fake 20 to buy gas and cigarettes on February 7.
Both transactions were captured on video surveillance, according to the warrants.
Nieves is charged with two counts of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and two counts of theft by deception.
