For the second straight spring, the New York Yankees are shutting down starting pitcher Luis Severino. The 26-year-old right-hander is experiencing soreness in his forearm. Manager Aaron Boone says Severino has felt discomfort on and off all offseason. He was limited to three September games and two playoff appearances in 2019.
