Woman swept into flooded Tennessee River identified

Marshall County officials have identified the woman who has been missing since she was swept into floodwaters of the Tennessee River Friday night.

The Marshall County Rescue Squad says 37-year old Brandy Osborne of Illinois was last seen wearing a pink hoodie, blue jeans and rubber boots. She is a white female, standing about 5-7 and weighing about 130 pounds with red hair and blue eyes.

She walked into a flooded area Friday night to meet a friend on a vessel and was swept into the Tennessee River near Calvert City.

Crews from multiple counties spent Saturday and Sunday searching the area for Osborne and they will deploy again Monday.
