A Hopkinsville man was arrested on a warrant for burglary Thursday afternoon.
It alleges that on January 25, 64-year old Carl Osborne of Hopkinsville stole a Playstation 4 headset and a GPS device from Walmart in an incident that was caught on video surveillance.
Osborne had been warned to stay away from all Walmart stores following a previous shoplifting incident in 2016.
He is charged with third-degree burglary.
