Two people were injured in an accident Monday afternoon on Fort Campbell Boulevard.
A collision report from Hopkinsville Police Public Safety Officer Cassidy Woods says 81-year old Wilbert West of Hopkinsville was attempting to turn left onto Fort Campbell Boulevard from the BB&T bank branch and drove into the path of a southbound car driven by 55-year old Christopher Harris of Hopkinsville.
Harris swerved, but was unable to avoid a collision.
Two passengers in Harris’ vehicle, 53-year old Stanley Bell and 34-year old Jennifer Harris of Hopkinsville, were taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.
