Elsewhere in the SEC: Tennessee rallied from a 15 point deficit to edge Alabama 69-68 behind a career high 23 points from John Fulkerson and Jordan Bowden pitched in 20. The Vols improved to 13-9 and 5-4 in the SEC.
Former University Heights standout KyKy Tandy had 12 points off the bench as Xavier defeated DePaul 67-59. The Musketeers improved to 15-8 and 4-6 in the Big East and play Providence in Cincinnati on Saturday.
