Madisonville is still the top ranked team in the 2nd Region Media Boys poll this week. Henderson County is second followed by University Heights, Webster County and Christian County. Hopkinsville is sixth with Lyon County, Caldwell County, Crittenden County and Trigg County rounding out this week’s top 10.
