After a scoreless first half, Nick Richards posted a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Tyrese Maxey led the Wildcats with 17 points and Ashton Hagans added 12 for Kentucky, which improved to 16-and-4 and 6-1 in the SEC.
Vanderbilt was led in scoring by Saben Lee’s 21 points in falling to 8-12 and 0-7 in the SEC. The loss marked the 25th consecutive conference loss for the Commodores.
