The Bowling Green Hot Rods-the Class A Midwest League affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays-has announced its coaching staff for 2020. Blake Butera will be the new manager and be assisted by Pitching Coach Jim Paduch with Coaches Wuarnner Rincones and Skeeter Barnes. Barnes is a name known with the Nashville Sounds during his minor league playing days and had his number, 00, retired by the Sounds in the early 1990’s. The Hot Rods open the 2020 season on Thursday April 9th against the Fort Wayne Tincaps.
