A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle Friday night on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Clarksville.
Clarksville police say the 51-year old male victim walked into the path of a car driven by a 17-year old female, who was unable to see the man until it was too late.
The man was taken by EMS to Tennova Health Hospital and then transferred to a hospital in Nashville.
Police say there was no crosswalk or intersection where the man was struck and that the area has very little street lighting.
