2nd region winner Lyon County was routed by West Carter 64-40 in its opening round game of the Girls All A State Tournament in Richmond today. Rose Smith had 12 points and nine rebounds in a losing effort for the Lady Lyons, who fall to 9-10 on the season. West Carter moves on to quarterfinal action Friday with a record of 12-5.
