Yadier Molina only wants to play for the St. Louis Cardinals. Speaking yesterday at the club’s Winter Warm-Up, the 37-year-old catcher said if St. Louis doesn’t want him back after his contract ends, he’ll hang it up. Molina is entering the final year of his deal this upcoming season, his 16th with the Redbirds. He said he thinks he has at least two more years in him.

The Atlanta Braves are hoping to strike lightning in a bottle with the signing of longtime Seattle Mariners ace Felix Hernandez to a minor-league deal. It includes an invite to big league camp for the 33-year-old. “King Felix” finished 1-and-8 with a 6.40 ERA in 15 starts last year.
