Quarterback Joe Burrow passed for 463 yards and five touchdowns, and also ran for a score, as top-ranked LSU finished 15-and-0 to claim its first national title since 2007. Trevor Lawrence threw for 234 yards and ran for a score for third-ranked Clemson, which led 17-7 early in the second quarter. Clemson had its 29-game winning streak snapped to end its season 14-and-1.
