A Todd County teen was injured in a single-vehicle accident Tuesday night.
Todd County Sheriff’s Deputy David Hutcheson investigated and determined 16-year old Savannah Hoog-Shoemake of Elkton had been traveling on Gum Grove Road when she went off the roadway and struck trees.
She was transported by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment of leg injuries.
The Todd County Rescue Squad and Clifty Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.
