Tennessee stunned the league-leading Baltimore Ravens 28-12 Saturday night to make it to its fifth-all time AFC Championship and first since 2002.
The NFC Championship will have the Green Bay Packers facing the San Francisco 49ers next Sunday after the Packers defeated the Seattle Seahawks 28-23 on Sunday. On Saturday, San Francisco defeated Minnesota 27-10.
