An indictment warrant for wanton endangerment and impersonating a police officer was served Tuesday against a local man.
A Christian County Grand Jury indictment against 31-year old Rahim Muhammad of Hopkinsville alleges that he entered the Oak Grove Walmart in September dressed as a police officer and displaying a badge on September 20 of last year.
Police say he presented himself as an officer with the intent to induce others to submit to his authority.
Muhammad was served with the warrant Tuesday at the Christian County Jail.
